10.15am Meet @ Hotpod Yoga, Birmingham - 37a Waterloo Street B2 5TJ (to drop off bags)

10.30am Set off for 5km run, this is a casual run at conversational pace.

11.30am Yoga session with Kelly Morris 

After yoga you'll have an opportunity to shop for the afletes in your life. Changing and shower facilities are also available on site.
